Atul Bhalla has been named as Vice President of Operations for ITC Hotels North & West region. Atul Bhalla has been working with the Hotel Chain since 1998, since then he has been serving at multiple locations across the country some of the most notable being ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad where he started and then he was later moved to cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi.

Atul has held senior management positions in his tenure and has a proven track record such as transforming the most complicated operation with ITC Sonar he also worked on the pre-opening ITC Grand Chola, Chennai, these two properties are ITC Hotels' biggest and grandest properties.

In his new role, Atul will be in charge of developing and carrying out a strategic roadmap in collaboration with the Divisional Chief Executive, General Managers, and functional heads to increase shareholder value (for owned, managed, and franchise properties) and build brand equity.

In addition to continuing to provide strategic support for the division's fast-paced portfolio of existing lifestyle and luxury mix brands, he would be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence, with a keen eye on asset-right growth strategy for the brand.
