Warner Music makes major move in Indian music scene with acquisition of E-Positive

Warner Music has made a significant move in the Indian music scene by acquiring E-Positive, a prominent artist management and live events company based in India. This strategic acquisition is set to reinforce Warner Music India’s position as a leader in the market and provide its artists with valuable expertise in brand partnerships and live events.

E-Positive, led by its founder and CEO Naushad Khan, will continue to operate independently within the Warner Music family. Khan boasts an impressive track record, having promoted over 15,000 shows and played a pivotal role in nurturing the careers of various artists, including Darshan Raval, one of the India’s fastest-growing and top-streamed artists.

Expressing his enthusiasm about this new collaboration, Naushad Khan said, “I’ve dedicated over a decade to building a legacy and shaping the journeys of my artists.
