Debut Edition of WOW ME Becomes The Biggest Recognition Platform with 467 Entries from 220 Entrants

The debut edition of WOW Awards Middle East scheduled for September 25 at the Palazzo Versace Hotel, Dubai, is geared up to be the Event and Entertainment Industry’s biggest recognition platform with 220 organisations that participated with 467 entries across 44 categories. Participants vying for top honours in this inaugural edition, hail from 6 countries (mainly) across the larger Middle East and North Africa region, including, UAE, Lebanon, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Morocco. 

With a two-phased judging process audited and validated by KPMG, awards will be announced across 38 categories during the glittering ceremony at the Gala Ballroom of the Palazzo Versace. 6 Categories: 2. B2B Exhibition / Tradeshow Property of the Year (under 10,000 sq. mt.) 3. B2B Exhibition / Tradeshow Property of the Year (over 10,000 sq. mt.) 28. Achievement in Audio Solution 30. Achievement in SFX / Pyrotechnic 34.  Achievement in Catering Solutions 44. Best Convention Centre, have no shortlists based on the minimum scoring and eligibility parameters prescribed in the judging process.

Segments A: Experiential Marketing; Segment B: Experiential Celebrations; Segment C: Experiential Management will have winners in 3 metals i.e. Bronze, Silver and Gold, while Segment D: Experiential Venues will see only 1 (Gold-level) winner. A total of 106 winners will be announced at the WOW Awards Middle East 2019.
