Xarm Solutions Tech Mahindra Star Awards Tech Mahindra, Bangalore
Bangalore based experiential marketing agency, Xarm Solutions, organized the Tech Mahindra Star Awards for the employees of Tech Mahindra, Bangalore, one of the largest Tech Mahindra teams in the world on July 19th, 2019 in Bangalore.
The main theme of Tech Mahindra Awards 2019 revolved around the idea of creating environmentally sustainable solutions for the world. During the event, employees were greeted with a theme built around sustainability. The theme was conceptualized and executed by Xarm Marketing Solutions that was brought alive by creating a forest within the cafeteria at Tech Mahindra, Bangalore.
Xarm ideated, designed and implemented the event that included a décor set up of a forest by turning pillars into trees, a green stage set-up, experience zones, installations, photo-op corners, ethnic Kannadiga food, and technology showcase areas.
Speaking about the event, Preetham Shetty and Harosh Aravind, Director, Xarm said, “When Tech Mahindra entrusted us to ideate, create and deliver an event to create this year's Tech Mahindra Star Awards, it showed their belief in our capabilities to pull off such an important and large-scale event, and we are genuinely happy that we were able to deliver a flawless event.
