Allergan is a multifaceted organization who prides themselves with their various service divisions such as facial aesthetics, coolsculpting, eye care, dermatology, and many more. An organization that believes in the principle of bigger, bolder and better, hosted their flagship event, Allergan Talent Conclave (ATC) for all of their high reputed sales representatives in the city of gold, Dubai.
Allergan Talent Conclave (ATC) is a summit of all the sales representatives who have achieved well and beyond their targets and have been chosen for receiving the prestigious award. Having been a part of Allergan for all their events of different scales, Distinct Communications, had a momentous task of bringing ATC to life. From the selection of the venue to the logistics, team Distinct has been extremely thoughtful towards the little details as they bind the entire event together. As it was the very first time the event was to be held internationally, team Distinct proposed Dubai - the city which personifies boldness.
As their aspirations soar high every year, it was executed in JW Marriott Marquis, the 2nd tallest hotel in the world. The event struck the right balance between offering all the dignitaries a true taste of Dubai and the event’s offerings. All the logistics related to flight booking, lodging and itinerary were splendidly curated and carried out. A three-day convention, which saw many people, who were spellbound with an unforgettable experience.

The atmosphere was reeking with joy, entertainment, learning, and celebration. Team Distinct was with Allergan through every stage to bring this brilliant feat to life. They had received the brief well in advance which added as an advantage for smooth ideation and execution.
The challenge was the multiple awards and branding collaterals which were being installed in Dubai on the D-day. All the designing, creating and procurement was done in India and was then shipped to Dubai for production. A true testament to all their hard work and passion was to see the event come to life splendidly in Dubai. Adding another jewel to their own, #ImpactandImpression goes International.
