Qatar National Tourism Council joins EPEX and WOW Awards 2019 as Platinum Partner

Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) will be present as a Platinum Partner at the Experiential Planner Expo 2019, featuring the top Business Events and Destination Wedding Planners of India and Asia. QNTC will be the ‘official host’ of all wedding planners engaged for EPEX’s Hosted Leaders Programme that will serve as a direct engagement for the destination with top Designation Wedding Planners.

Qatar National Tourism Council will be present at EPEX 2019 with a double-sized stand, to meet one-on-one with both, Wedding Planners and Corporate MICE, and Association representatives. Ritz Carlton Doha and Sharq Village & Spa will join the pavilion as secondary partners, further enhancing Qatar’s presence at the show.

Commenting on the successful participation in 2018, Lama Al-Azzeh, Head of exhibition Technical Support Section, Qatar Business Events said “As a first-time participant at EPEX, the show delivered a fantastic experience from an exhibitor standpoint. The profile and type of meetings conducted were excellent and the organisers delivered a very well managed show. There was an excellent turnout with our stand being quite busy with back to back buyer scheduled appointments and several walk-ins. I would be glad to attend next year.”

Along with this, integration with Experiential Celebrations Awards at the WOW Awards Asia 2019 (region’s largest business & recognition platform for the Experiential Marketing, MICE, Live Entertainment & Wedding Industry) will further increase the brand’s positioning as a premier Destination for Indian weddings, with an exposure to the full delegation of over 1500 guests, expected at the WOW Awards 2019.

Qatar has already picked up immense pace since its inaugural participation at EPEX and WOW, last year, as a prominent wedding destination for Indians. Tamarind Global has witnessed and experienced Doha, Qatar and already conducted five experiential celebrations there in the span of four months this year.
