The 2nd edition of 'Leading From Behind' began with a bang on January 30, 2019. The one-day event was held at the Lalit, Mumbai, and saw more than 250 people attending 2019’s most eclectic leadership summit'. The summit was executed by ALL IN Events.

Leading from Behind as a leadership philosophy became popular at the Harvard Business School after Nelson Mandela’s autobiography ‘Long Walk to Freedom’. The philosophy is that leaders can encourage breakthrough ideas not just by cultivating followers who can execute but by building communities that can innovate together.

After a very successful first year, the summit was back with a new set of eclectic speakers like Tara Kaushal -Author of Why Indian Men Rape, Anuj Gosalia - Founder Terribly Tiny Tales, Sindhutai Sapkal - Social Worker and Activist, Rizwan Tayabali- CEO, Make A Difference, engaging TED-like talks and discussions centered around building leaders and leadership, insights and power packed workshops, along with its 40 under40  - a two-pronged agenda. To provide a platform that will build an ecosystem of thinkers, change makers, who will co-create innovation in the field of human resources, and people development. This platform also proved successful in putting the responsibility on the shoulders of young leaders to be torchbearers and lead the way for the upcoming talent in the field of human resources and People Capital Index (PCI) award announcements! ALL IN Events made sure the same power, creativity, and exclusivity flowed in the design and décor as well.
