A More Entertainment impeccably executed the conference event for Perfios – Realtime Analysis and Decisioning Solutions. The client brief was clear and to the point - they needed a basic backdrop stage conference setup. However, with the agency expertise that A More Entertainment has, they proposed better design renders with additional 2 side screens. The main objective of this innovation was that all the guests could see the speakers on stage clearly and eventually stay connected throughout the conference.

The event took place at The St. Regis, Mumbai on October 04, 2018 and was attended by the financial industry's who’s who that included leading bank CEOs, Risk Controller Officers and Finance Analysts. The theme of the conference was 'FINteraction – Rendezvous with Thought Leaders'. This year was the 3rd edition. The agenda was to discuss the current market scenario and the anticipated challenges.

Registration started at 15:00HRS considering the bank working hours on a weekday. Guests were welcomed by the hostess and were presented a kit consisting branded merchandise with a Ferrero Rocher bouquet. Himani Singh hosted the conference by combining the substantial content with her eloquent presentation to make the conference event successful. The event started at 15:30HRS with a welcome note, followed by a series of presentations by different Thought Leaders and ended with a vote of thanks.

Each Thought Leader was felicitated by presenting a memento by the Perfios team at the end of their presentation. In the evening, there was a cocktail dinner arranged with soothing ambient music for the guests to network with each other.

The client was astounded by looking at the setup and thanked the team for their efforts and also for accommodating the last minute requests.
