An Iconic Multi-city Brand Re-launch For VIP Clothing Executed By Muse Inc.

VIP Clothing re-entered the market with a bang as they celebrated the launch of the latest campaign and collections for their iconic VIP Frenchie and VIP Regal brands. The launch took place across Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Delhi. Through the event, VIP Clothing wanted to specifically cater to their distributors in each city and give them a memorable experience. The brand roped in Muse Inc Events, for the conceptualisation, planning, and end-to-end execution of the event including logistics and celebrity management.

The crisp and clear client brief provided by the client mentioned how the brand wanted to make a splash in the press with the re-launch of their iconic brands while giving their distributors an evening to remember, something they had not experienced over the last decade. The idea was to give them an everlasting spectacular experience that would reaffirm their loyalty to the VIP brand.

The event was split into 2 phases, a celebrity high tea with the press and an evening extravaganza with the distributors. The focus was on the showcase of the brand new collections and it was essential for the team at Muse Inc. to design an entire act around it, something they aced by creating a LED Light Wings act with the help of Oxygen Dance Troupe. The product displays were crafted as life-size jewel showcases made of glass and being lit from within. Acquiring the perfect celebrity to wow the distributors was also important which is why each city had a star that could relate to the audience, namely Vijay Devarakonda for Hyderabad, VVS Laxman for Bangalore, Ankush Chaudary for Pune, etc. 

In terms of venues, Starwood Group of Hotels, specifically Sheraton Hotels were chosen due to their long and committed partnership with Muse Inc. as Ms. Jayanthi Parvez and her team perfectly spearheaded the event and made sure all venue requirements were met with ease.
