It is with the very greatest sadness that we announce, this morning, the untimely passing of our friend and colleague Darshan Rajpara. 

Darshan was a man whose kindness, good humour, and generosity shone through every action he took, and every relationship and friendship he was in. He was one of the best, most selfless, and gentlemanly professionals any of us ever had the privilege of knowing. Over a fourteen year career with 70 EMG, Darshan became a friend of, and mentor for, countless young men and women. They learned their trade from him. They learned to smile in the face of adversity from him. They learned strength, grace and humility from him. His honesty, good humour, and that beaming smile of his encouraged us all through both the toughest and the best of times. He will be missed. He will be missed by all of us at 70, and by the industry that we work in. For those of us, and there are many, who have had the great good fortune to travel and work with him, the loss is both shocking and unbearably sad. 

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Neha his wife, brother Ketan, his mother and his entire family on this most tragic day. May he rest in the peace that he surely deserves.
