Zee5 Originals Usher in Spring with a New Content Launch Party Planned by Rigger House LLP

The latest content of Zee5 Originals was ushered in by Rigger House LLP in a special launch event. Keeping the weather in mind, the theme used for the event was 'Spring'. Every aspect was planned around the theme with the agency launching a medley of colours and content for the brand. The event was held at Razzberry Rhinoceros, Mumbai on March 26, 2018. 

In trying to bring novelty to the launch, there was an experiential element introduced. The launch was an experiential touch and feel event, wherein the key series from Zee5 Originals new bouquet of offerings like Table No. 5, Karenjit, Life hai Sahi, Lockdown, and others, were turned into interactive spaces and displays, for a first-hand brand experience.

The event commenced with a red carpet welcome, which was an amalgamation of props and images of the Original shows that were being launched. Following the Red Carpet was an immersive story wall with a sea of content. The installations inspired by originals of Zee5 were popular with everyone. “Lockdown” – a Badshah Production about 2 artists being locked up to create music, was represented by a drum kit locked in chains and a digital timer ticking. The installation was an instant hit with the audience. It also gave a chance to visitors to up their selfie game.

The fun elements of the evening kicked off with the Zee5 Feel anthem brought to life by a flash mob.Origami cranes and butterflies, terrariums, pots, mangoes in a jar, that were placed on turf walls and amplified by filament bulbs made the stage a personification of beauty and exemplary of spring, gelling perfectly with the theme. There were multiple photo-op experiences created for the visitors.

The Launch Party was heralded by the opening of the “Life hai Sahi” show inspired bar. The bar was a quirk on the original series, calling out all the youngsters in the house to bond over the clink of glasses. Boxers, a polka-dotted bra and “I’m a Virgin” printed tee strung on the bar were emblematic of the quirky show and added to the humorous element of the evening.

From the registration table that was interestingly called 'Table No. 5', based on a show of the same name, to a larger than life laptop that was representative of the Sunny Leone Biopic, “Karenjit ” showed meticulous attention to detail. The intuitive, vibrant designs infused with the Spring vibe created an aura of fun and promise.”

All in all it was a lush green spring experience with a dash of colour and vibrancy to personify the brand.
