For the 2017 edition of the IDFC Annual Investor Conference ‘The Stock Called India’, F5 Advertainment pulled all stops, with a spellbinding new décor and entertainment for attendees. The event that took place between November 15 and 17, 2017 at Grand Hyatt in Mumbai, saw participation from over 200 companies and 500 investors as well as 40-odd FIIs from all over the globe.
For the fourth consecutive year, F5 Advertainment managed the entire event which included participation from investment fraternity comprising Foreign and Domestic Institutional Investors, Analysts, Financial Institutions and Media Personnel, and managed the entire design of the event including venue branding, registration, conference stage, permissions, artist management, giveaways, and other merchandise. The brief for the event was clear and yet challenging for the brand with demand for experiential booths for the attendees, incorporating newer technologies, and more.

The experience for the visitors began on day one of the conference as registrations commenced with utility giveaways to every senior management participant. With the arrival of all guests, the interactions commenced in the conference room which housed a massive HDD display screen lit with the event logo. The entire pre-function area was converted into a walkthrough for the four major businesses making it a crucial networking zone. With over 1,000 visitors, the movement of the attendees was seamless with least amount of time spent during registration.
Interactive stands on floors displaying itinerary details and schedules were handed out to all delegates. In the pre-function area and the main conference area the sessions were kept highly interactive with one on one meetings and plenty of interactions between the speakers and the attendees. The end saw the entertainment factor kick in with a humorous performance by Stand-up Comedian Vipul Goyal post which the delegates were pampered with a spa treatment.

The second day was dedicated to one on one meetings held in individual meeting rooms which lasted the entire day. The meeting venue too boasted of a HDD screen which showcased a time wise agenda and a time slot for each session. The evening followed with a client networking dinner with a high end lounge effect and sensational performance by Pitch Perfect Neeti Mohan and a standup comic act by Abhishek Upamanyu.

The final day of the event was committed to conference till the evening. Overall, the event saw nearly 6,000 meetings being organised in a one on one or group format sessions.
