Swami Lifestyle Club Presented SHAAN Live In Concert, a Project by Swami Group with the event managed by Destiny Group Entertainers Pvt. Ltd. in Navsari, Gujarat. The event took place on May 28 with over 10K people in attendance.

Swami Group, a leading group in the realty market known for their projects in and around Surat, approached Destiny Group Entertainers for the launching of their upcoming club “Swami Lifestyle Club” with 16 activities and 18+ amenities for the citizens of Navsari Districts situated near to Italava, Navsari.

The entertainment agency explored several ideas with them with the aim of elevating the brand during the launch with a lavish production with a well-known celebrity performance. Once given a go ahead, the agency began work on the concert as selected a venue suitable for such a grand event, which was 2 kms away from the realty group’s upcoming project, since their own project was still in the final stages of development.

The invitees included MPs, MLAs, Surpachch from Navsari Disctricts, known business personalities, bureaucrats & top media fraternity of Navsari District. The production was designed superbly, with micro level detailing to the client’s requirements and suggestions.

 The ground had a capacity of around 9000+ people with a velvet lawn area of around 90,000sq.ft. along with a separate parking area for 500 four wheelers and 2000+ two wheeler. The agency divided ground in 4 segments: VVIP(1200 Cap.), VIP (1600 Cap), Premier (1600 Cap) and Executive (3000Cap). Top vendors from Surat and Navsari were recruited for the Mandap, Catering, Lightning, Stage Lights, and Sound, while Trig Security Mumbai was engaged for the crowd management. The promoters and key management formed a team of around 50 persons.

The agency completed production within 5 days, and a technical rehearsal was conducted on May 27.

On the day of the event, everything went smoothly as per the show flow,  with Shaan with Chhaavi (co singer) arriving at venue 7.30pm. The opening of Ganesh Vandana was done by one of Surat’s leading dancing group, while the event was hosted by Trupti Shroff.

The great grand launch was done with a dance & led act by the group of Surat “Platinum Dance Group” and with lots of fireworks.

Shaan’s performance lasted around two and a half hours, and was much appreciated by the guests and the client.
