70 EMG Vogue India

Vogue India, a reputed publication from the house of Condenast recently completed their 10 years and wanted to celebrate the occasion in the most fashionable manner possible.  The media giant kickstarted the festivities as they curated a series of fashion shows, called Vogue Atelier. The entire fashion series was managed and executed by 70 EMG.

The invite-only shows under the series were held across Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai from January 20, 2017 to March 8, 2017. Each event showcased a designer’s couture collection, and the guest had an opportunity to see the clothes up close and personal. The events had different themes that complemented the collections and the décor was done to suit the same.

Vogue Atelier kicked off at Hyatt Andaz in Delhi with the Designer Tarun Tahiliani and was followed in Hyderabad by ace designers Shantanu & Nikhil whose designs were based on the theme of 1920’s India. Vintage Indian styled pillars were used at Park Hyatt, Hyderabad for the backdrop for models to walk against for their show.

The fashion series continued at Luna Ludo at the St Regis Mumbai with the very eccentric Gaurav Gupta showcasing his collection, the theme of which was monochrome & women empowerment. For his show, 70 EMG had customized each table with a black overlay with women empowerment quotes in white.

The fashion series across the 3 cities was attended by the who’s who of the social circuit and included names like Kalyani Saha, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, AD Singh and JJ Vallaya, Mandira Bedi, Shirya Saran, Huma Qureshi and others.
