The streets of Mumbai celebrated the silver jubilee of World HRD congress from February 13 to 18. Silver Jubilee WHRDC witnessed 208 speakers; 20 Moderators; 90 sessions and Awards. The key feature was the Most Talented Global HR Leaders listed. Over 133 countries participated and over 1400 leaders from several organizations were present. The event was held at 7 different halls and lawns over the 6 days of the congress, with the main event taking place at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. The event was presented by Times Ascent.

The World HRD Congress saw discussions and sessions all aspects of HR including Strategic HRM; Training and Development; Learning; Coaching; Leadership; Story Telling; Compensation and Benefits; Organizational Development; Health and Wellness; Building Trust; Diversity and Inclusion; Design Thinking and HR Tech.
