DXBLaughs Launches in Dubai with Eddie Izzard’s Force Majeure

Eddie Izzard – one of the world’s most famous and respected comedians – brings his worldwide Force Majeure show to the Dubai World Trade Centre on April 27 as the launch show for DXBLaughs.

Beginning in 2013, the Force Majeure tour has proven the most extensive comedy show ever. It has already visited 30 countries globally including cities throughout India, The Far East, New Zealand, Australia, Africa, USA and Europe.

Eddie regularly performs gigs at Madison Square Garden in New York, making him only the fourth comedian ever to play that venue. In 2011, he became the first ever stand up to perform at the legendary Hollywood bowl. He has also performed residencies globally including Paris, Germany and Spain where he performs his shows in French, German and Spanish.

DXBLaughs, launched by Done Events, will see some of the world’s leading comedians come to Dubai to perform at various venues. Beginning with Eddie Izzard, Done Events will later announce multiple other 2017 comedy shows to fall within the new comedy umbrella.
