Ice Events India Rubber Expo
ICE (Integrated Conference & Event Management) recently handled India Rubber Expo 2017, the 9th International Exhibition and Conference organized by the All India Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA). Held from January 19 to 21, at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai the event was attended by over 400 companies participating from India and around the globe and over 30,000 visitors.
ICE handled all the ground logistics for the exhibitors and delegates in Chennai. To accommodate the participants, 18 hotels across all categories, from 5-Star to budget hotels and apartments were booked in the city. Adequate manpower was deployed to facilitate smooth movement of the delegates and exhibitors to and from the venue. Special hospitality services were provided to VVIP’s including an airport welcome.
Commenting on the event, Naveen Rizvi, Executive Director, ICE said, “The feedback received from the client and the attendees have been equally overwhelming and our team’s efforts have been truly recognized”.
ICE was responsible for managing all ground logistics for the exhibitors and delegates, also providing special hospitality services.
