Kiddathon 2016 Managed by Real Show Sees Over 3000 Kids Participate

Real Show, an event agency based out of Kolkata, was recently roped in to manage the execution of Kiddathon on December 4 at Mohun Bagan Ground in Kolkata.
Kiddathon, as an event is unique in its own way. Organised by the Ladies Circle of Kolkata (a unit of Round Table), Kiddathon 2016 was the 2nd edition of the marathon organised for kids ages between the ages of 0-16 years. The concept behind the event was to encourage a healthy & fit lifestyle in kids at a young age, which with the advent of social media and gaming applications of the modern era spend most of their times indoors these days.
Managing a crowd of over 3000 kids who participated at the event and their parents and relatives who came in as spectators was a mammoth task for team Real Show. A team of 60 people from the agency were present at ground zero and managed the race, crowd, security and other aspects of the event.
Talking about it, Divya Jain, Manager, Client Servicing, Real Show remarked, “We are proud to be associated with the noble cause of Kiddathon. The execution was tricky as there were multiple elements that were attached to the event. However, we have managed to put together a stunning show and that makes us incredibly happy.”
JD Mazoomdar, CEO, Real Show was excited about the grand success of the event and added, “Managing 3000 kids was a big challenge to us initially but my team managed it beautifully. The audiences left with a smile on their faces and that speaks a lot about what we achieved with the event.”
The Kiddathon 2016 race was split into 3 segments - 300 meters, 1 Km & 2 Km and there were 1000 kids in each category. The kids found it engaging to run under dazzling flood lights effects and entertaining music.The whole environment of the event was of a festive exhibit which left all the participating kids satisfied with a lot of goodies, medals, certificate and a lot of memories.
