Inextis Events conducted an activity for Yamaha Motors RayZR on September 10 and 11 at Korum Mall, Thane. More than 4000 people were entertained and engaged through this activation. The look and feel of the activity & engagements were planned keeping in mind salient features of the product & the RayZR Brand Ambassador – Singer Badshah.

Post the successful run with Yamaha Fascino Mall activation, Yamaha asked Inextis to take on the same for their brand RayZR. The agency managed end to end execution which involved acquiring mall bookings, collateral designing & printing, gaining permissions, sales team co-ordination, transportation of the setup and final execution at the mall.

The entire area was divided into 5 zones: Registration Zone, Tattoo Zone, Photo-op Zone, Sales/Discussion Zone and Display Zone. Inextis Events successfully took the customers through an entire showroom experience from sales enquiries with 5 scooters on display to emcee driven entertainment, engagements and games. Interested customers took test drives of the Disk-Brake & Drum-Brake Variants of the scooters at the space allocated in the premises of Korum Mall, Thane.

The activity area was illuminated with studio lights, while Badshah of Swag – Singer Badshah’s RayZR Mera Swag song played on a 55’ LED Panel. Yamaha Motors RayZR tattoos and instant photographs in RayZR branded photo-jackets were given out.  The audience was also engaged through a participative dance on Badshah’s RayZR Mera Swag Video.

On the response to the activity, Dhruv Davar, CEO, Inextis Events Pvt Ltd said, “The response was phenomenal. The placement of the scooters was thought of in detail keeping in mind the mall entrance and other aesthetics. In terms of engagement and panache having Singer Badshah on board helps; we made people do the signature step from the RayZR song which has become a rage with more than 5m views on YouTube. In terms of the number of on spot bookings it was by far one of the most successful activations for Yamaha in Mumbai."

Engaging over 4000 people, the activation attracted a lot of eyeballs, and was successful in leading to on-spot bookings.
