Nilesh Gurav And Michelle Sanghvi Take On Lead Roles at Toast

Mumbai based-experiential marketing company, TOAST Events that specializes in luxury and lifestyle events, has restructured its current management portfolio. Just over one year and the company has a portfolio to boast about with literally every lifestyle and retail brand, like GAP, Jack & Jones, Puma, Adidas, Vero Moda, Sephora, L’Oréal, Estee Lauder, Longchamp, Nirav Modi, Brooks Brothers, etc. under their umbrella.
Led by Harshad Chavan, new leadership rises as Nilesh Gurav takes over the role as Director – TOAST Events. With over 15 years work experience, Nilesh has been pivotal in Chavan’s journey, having been a founding member in Cream Events and then inturn at TOAST.
Joining Nilesh is Michelle Sanghvi, a founding member of TOAST, as she spearheads the Client Servicing team across the company’s pan-india presence. With over 10 years of industry experience, she and Nilesh with key focus on company’s quality control, will be working on expansion plans, while balancing the scales of running the company’s day-to-day operations.
Taking Toast Events to newer heights, Harshad will focus on Business Development and building portfolio of talent for the company.
Speaking about the new leadership structure, Harshad says, “When these 5 came to me a year ago asking me to come on board at Toast, it was clear to me about what I wanted my role would be. All they asked from me is 1 year to get the gears rolling and that conviction gave me confidence about the drive that this team was brimming with. One year done and I couldn’t have been more sure about the new leadership at Toast Events. I now get to explore the spaces of business development and marketing consultation apart from identifying & representing the talent who are keen to expand their horizons with TOAST, only making Team Toast bigger and stronger."
On this new development, Nilesh Gurav, Director – Toast added, “It’s been a fantastic year at Toast, while the first year let us lay the foundation for the organization, our aim is the sky. We are working on a more strategic growth plan for the organization for the year to come and ahead, with key focus on quality and conscious systems. I’m really looking forward to my new role and new offerings from the Toast brand umbrella."
Commenting on the new role, Michelle Sanghvi – Head Client Servicing, Toast shared, “Being amongst the founding members at Toast, I have seen the organization come to life event-by-event. Each event made us reset our benchmarks for more unique, creative, quirky, name the adjective and we have been there. With lots of learnings, the coming year at Toast is going to be a more challenging than before and we couldn’t be more excited."
