engage4more executed Asian Paints annual day, ‘Splash 2016’, with the theme ‘Xtreme’ on March 21 at Westin Woods, Mumbai. The theme aimed at offering ‘Xtreme’ and adventurous activities as part of the goal of engaging the company’s employees. The event reached out to 800 employees from the company's Goregaon and Santacruz branches.

On managing the event for the brand, Nishant Parashar, Director, engage4more said, “It’s great to be associated with a brand like Asian Paints for the last three years. Through this event, we got to experiment and create extreme experiences for the employees.”

Pre-event communication was planned and executed keeping the theme in mind. The launch was executed by the Crazy Scientists, who surprised the employees with their liquid nitrogen tricks.

As a run up to the event, fun pre-event engagement activities were carried out in the office cafeteria to lighten up the workplace.

The pre function area on the day of the event had fun elements like graffiti walls and other engagements like Caricature drawing, Tattooing, etc. The event also offered employees photo ops with motorbikes.

The host for the main event was the popular RJ and Television presenter, Siddharth Kannan. The opening act of the event featured stunts followed by a dance performance by the Fictitious Dance Group. In addition, there were singing, dancing and shayari performances by the Asian Paints employees. Employees also enjoyed the humorous and satirical poetry of stand-up comedian Dr. Tushar Shah.

Asian Paints felicitated certain employees with the Long Service awards for their contribution of over 20 years to the organization. Awards were also given out to employees who had excelled in customer centricity.

The event concluded with a high energy performance by Asit Tripathy and Band, as employees danced to their tunes.
