Godrej LAL HIT Announces the Winner of Super HIT Vacation Campaign

Godrej LAL HIT recently concluded the final leg of its edutainment campaign, ‘Super HIT Vacation’, which leveraged on summer vacations to deliver the core message that ‘cockroaches spread food poisoning’. The campaign addressed young mothers about the importance of a safe and healthy summer vacation in three phases.
In the last leg, the campaign concluded with visits to the finalists’ houses in Mumbai and Delhi by celebrity mom Tisca Chopra, who plays the balance of a perfect mother in reel and real life. Contestants were marked on their summer preparations. Hema Mody was announced as the campaign winner and walked away with an opportunity to appear on television and also won travel vouchers worth Rs.50,000 from Godrej LAL HIT. “I am very happy and delighted to be part of Super HIT Vacation Campaign. It’s a great initiative by Godrej LAL HIT by educating moms and consumers on such a critical issue. It was a fun campaign with games and learning,” Mody commented on winning the campaign.
Sunil Kataria - Managing Director, Godrej Consumer Products Ltd and Business Head at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., presented the winner with the award and vouchers. He concluded the ceremony and said, “We are glad to receive such a great support by all moms and consumers. It is extremely important to keep your environment hygienic and free of cockroaches. Godrej LAL HIT has conducted a research which highlighted that 80% of consumers acknowledge about cockroach infestation in their home, but only 17% consumers use some solution to address the problem. Therefore, Godrej LAL HIT took on the task of educating mothers about the problem and help them solve it from its root, in an engaging and clutter breaking way. The campaign – ‘Super HIT Vacation’ has reached out to mothers across the nation through a mix of radio, press, and digital media.
