engage4more successfully executed the Annual Day celebrations of SBI Life Insurance - ‘Sangam 2016 – Sangam Reloaded’ at SRPF Ground, Mumbai on Jan. 25. The event was attended by 1500 people including employees and their families. The agency was responsible for conceptualisation, logistics, venue management, talent auditions, artist management, set design, catering and the running of the show.
Pre-event activities were carried out in three branches of SBI Life across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai with activities like vocal training, dance grooming sessions, and other fun activities. To create a ‘reloaded’ ambience, pre-event collaterals including posters, danglers, standees, backdrops and an entrance arch were set up, while teasers and invitations were sent out to generate hype. All these were designed by engage4more keeping the theme in mind.
A special activity called Brain Bout was also conducted as part of the pre-Sangam activities. This corporate quiz IP of SBI Life and was organised at the Belapur and Andheri branches. Auditions were also held here to select the best performers for the Annual Day. Judges selected top performers, following which trainers groomed them to help them reach their potential before the actual performances.
Arijit Basu, MD & CEO of SBI Life flagged off the main event with a speech. After this, guests witnessed 12 scintillating high octane entertainment acts by SBI Life employees in an open air setting, on a stage designed to accentuate the colours of SBI Life and to add to the celebration fervour. These performances were followed by a live DJ churning out high energy, foot tapping numbers. The evening ended with cocktails and dinner.

The annual day celebrations of the company took place on Jan 25 at SRPF Ground, Mumbai and was attended by 1500 people.
