The UltraTech Dealers Felicitation & Cultural Extravaganza for 600 dealers and their families was managed and executed by Network 8 Promotions and Events. With the theme ‘Business Excellence and Talented Stars’ (BEATS), it creatively asserted the sound of beats in the cultural fiesta as well as the synchronization of the brand’s heartbeat with the Dealers passion.
The objective of the event was to emphasize UltraTech’s value and appreciation of the dealers for their past years achievements along with providing a unique platform for the dealers to showcase their talent in visual arts. UltraTech’s campaign ‘Build Beautiful’ was to be brought out in all the collaterals and execution of the event.
The entire event was conceptualized to give the dealers an experience of a reality show, where competition, glamour and team spirit were of paramount importance. With the dealers divided into four zones, they were given dynamic titles suggesting leadership and victory. Competing on the talent ground of fashion, singing, dancing and theatrics, exclusive auditions were held. Experts of the talent industry including Rajesh Shetty; the famous fashion designer of commercial cinema and the Vibes Dance Lab were brought forth to share their expertise. The selected participants were then trained relentlessly by these experts at training sessions held simultaneously at the individual zones, for over a month.

On January 10th, 2016 the Dealers and their families were brought together at St. Johns Auditorium Bengaluru for the grand finale performance. The guests were welcomed to the auditorium with a beautifully grand entrance arch that established UltraTech’s campaign ‘Build Beautiful’ innovatively and exquisitely. Upon entering the pre-function area, the dealers registered themselves and were engaged with a unique graffiti wall. The graffiti wall highlighted the concept of ‘Build Beautiful’, with each of the dealers placing a single piece of the jigsaw, to complete the picture of the iconic metro rail. The stage setup was designed keeping in mind modernity with elements of future art and graphic sections.
The artists from Vibes Dance Lab performed a sensational contemporary opening sequence interacting with the visuals on the LED backdrop, as they launched the concept of ‘Build Beautiful’. The show was hosted by Emcees Anushree and Danish Sait, as they took the audience through sequences of performances, segmented by 9 categories of awards. Entertainment and excitement were at its highest point, as the Dealers performed with bounds of energy. A renowned panel of judges were roped in to bring in a sense of credibility and valued suggestions for betterment of the talent and thus create a fair competition.
Sharing his overall experience while working with Network 8, Royston Fernandes, GM Marketing Services at Aditya Birla Group said, "We chose Network 8 through a multi-agency pitch purely on their deep understanding of our dealer community and their suggestions on the right mentoring required to develop the community for this talent competition. The auditions and training were very well-conducted with defined schedules and timeframes. Dealers and their families were selected and shortlisted purely on existing talent thereby making the platform all the more competitive. The event was seamlessly executed with Network 8’s attention to minute details. The audience were glued to their seats, even though the duration of the event was more than 4 hours. We sincerely thank each and every member of Network 8 for their wholehearted dedication and professionalism in enabling us to etch a memory in the minds of each of our dealers and their familes. We hope for BEATS to grow bigger and louder in the years to come."
