Maximus MICE and Media Solutions Britannia Awards night

The annual Britannia Gladiators Rewards & Recognition event was held at a 5-star resort property in Pune, on Oct. 6, 2015. The event conceptualized and executed by Maximus MICE & Media Solutions was organized to acknowledge and felicitate the top ranking sales teams of Britannia in the Maharashtra and Goa region. The winners were treated to a night of revelry and grand celebrations.

The event theme was based on the Peshwas culture, that resonates with the thought behind the Britannia Gladiator Awards - these sales teams had worked hard like warriors and braved through all hurdles that came their way to come out as winners.

In true Peshwa style, each guest was greeted with a grand entry - teeka and pheta tying, along with a  live performance from a lejim group, puneri dhol and tutari players. Guests were then led to the Photo-Op area where they took group pics and selfies with a Peshwa backdrop and throne. They were also given props like swords, malva men, different phetas & royal jewellery.

The event kick-started with the entry of the chief guests and an introduction by Emcee Sangeeta. The entertainment began with a Lavani dance performance on Apsara Ali, followed by belly dance and Samba artists supported by trained bollywood dancers. A Stand-up Comedian also put up a 20 mins act to keep the audience engaged. The awards were presented in-between these performances. Keeping up with the royal theme, the winners entered the hall amidst flower showers and dhol beats.

Maximus handled all aspects of this RnR including the concept, implementation, coordination, collaterals, branding, entertainment, hospitality, set and stage design.
