Hero Fincorp’s first incentive trip for stakeholders managed by Showtime

Hero Fincorp’s first ever incentive trip - Jeet Ki Udaan - took 198 of its top performing dealers and their partners on a trip around the world in 30 days. The unique multi-country, multi-destination large-scale MICE event was produced by the Showtime Group. Showtime managed the event end-to-end, including site selections in all the different countries, boarding, lodging, ticketing, visa, itineraries, local coordination and all other aspects of hospitality.
The leisure-only tour was kicked off on July 7, 2015 with one batch of dealers and their partners heading to Kenya.The 6-day trip took the guests to exotic locations like the Mt. Kilimanjaro, Lake Elementita, Masai Mara game reserve and Amboselli National Park. The guests also experience staying right within the reserves amidst the wildlife. Separate batches of Hero FinCorp dealers were taken to Maldives, Kuala Lumpur, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Sydney, Gold Coast and Seychelles.
Commenting on the event, Shhrrey Virmani – Senior Manager - Client Relations, Showtime Group said: “This was Hero FinCorp’s first pan-global incentive initiative and we are honored to have partnered them. We ensured that the level of customisation and personalisation was extremely high so that the guests got a WOW experience during each of the trips.”
195 top dealers and their partners were taken on a multi-destination trip that spanned the globe in under 30 days.
