Mr Amol Dhillon is the Vice President of strategy and planning at Woodland. His current role is to work on brand strategy, which involves brand communication strategy, connecting with gen Y and building communities, innovation in products, retail and communication. Since joining Woodland in 1999, he has served at various leadership positions in business development, merchandising & sourcing, worked across various divisions, and markets including India, Hong Kong, China, Europe and Canada. He was instrumental in establishing supply chain and merchandising operations for Woodland across South East Asia where he led the global, collaborative and participatory product development process for Woodland's functional apparel and shoes line.
He is an M.B.A from the Kellogg school of management, holds master degree from Schulich School of business, York University with specialization in marketing, strategy and sustainability. Amol has attended the Harvard Business School for digital marketing course and D school at Stanford University for design innovation.
He loves adventure and high adrenaline sports like skydiving, bungee jumping, trekking and sailing and don't miss any opportunity to connect with nature and outdoors. Having lived and worked in Delhi, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Toronto; Amol has traveled over 40 countries for work and holidays.
Amol lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife and two children.
