A for Pineapple Crisil
CRISIL, India's foremost provider of ratings, data and research, analytics and solutions wanted to conduct their annual family day across all its India offices on January 21.
It was the most gruelling and extensive multi-agency pitch for AFP and involved more than two months of back and forth before the agency bagged the account. In order to win the pitch, AFP had to convince a panel comprising different department heads, where the event concept had to be uniform and something that could bind 11000 employees but at the same time represent Crisil’s international offices across the World.
Around the world, a universal theme was approved for all 12 locations where the event would be held at, including China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, London, New York, San Francisco, Argentina & Poland.
Days were numbered after finalizing the theme. In just a couple of days AFP drew up a mountain of activities that would cater to the varied bunch of guests at multiple locations. Activities were retrofitted according to the scale of the plant, employee size and the profile of audience at each city.
Activities that highlighted the Crisil international offices included British Open Golf, Foosball - Copa Argentina, and China Town - Flea Market. Other Activities to bring in the local flavour comprised of Bollywood Bash - Karaoke, Caricature, Face Painting, Tarot, and Housie. To ensure audience involvement ‘CRISIL’s Got Talent- Performance by Internal Employees’ was organized at each event. There were different engaging activities for Kids, Adults, and Families. Even the menu was internationally inspired by Indian, American, Chinese and Polish cuisines.
Annu Anand, Director, AFP said, “The highlight of the event was that in one day AFP executed the theme Around the World across 12 CRISIL locations: Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune (2), Gurgaon, Mumbai (Powai - 3 days & Airoli – 1).”
The events took place on January 21 across offices and featured activities and engagements that would represent the company’s international offices while also featuring locally inspired activities.
