FIS Global Engages its Employees Bollywood Style

Employees of FIS Global were given a fabulous experience at the company’s family day event, Mixer, organised at Sentosa Resorts and Water Park near Pune on December 15. The annual event, which was held for the first time outside office premises, was attended in huge numbers by employees and their families.  Based on a Bollywood theme, it was an event ‘by employees and for employees’.  Right from pre-event invites to performances on the day, everything was Bollywood-style and engage4more was successful in creating a lot of buzz and excitement around it.

Engage4more had organised an employee talent hunt prior to the event where winners dazzled everyone with their performances during the annual get-together.  Performing employees, over 60 in number, all rehearsed for three weeks before the Big Day and kept audiences entertained throughout the event.   

Employees also got to see the lighter side of senior leadership in a fashion show where they walked the ramp as film stars while filmy numbers played in the background. MD Shailendra Abhyankar showcased style as Rajnikant to the beats of the song Nerupada from Kabali while Location HR Head & Sr. HRBP Adhishree Labhsetwar transformed into Katrina Kaif and swayed to Afghan Jalebi.  Sr. VP Global Trading Satvik Sharma turned into Akshay Kumar and walked to Boss while Sr. Manager HR Anuja Karmarkar, also the Project Head for the event, set the stage on fire as Raveena Tandon and moved to the tunes of Akhiyon Se Goli Maare.     

No Bollywood-themed event is complete without free-style dance to popular numbers so Sunny V, a local DJ, got audiences grooving and added that extra zing to the entire event.
