Toast Events Splash Landmark Group Four Seasons

International fast fashion brand Splash celebrated its Autumn Winter 2016 collection launch on August 19 with a party in Mumbai at AER Bar & Lounge, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. The event was held to announce the launch of Splash’s new Autumn/Winter collection and to familiarize the audience with the various offerings from Splash.

Foraying into the India market, Splash Fashions wanted to create a big bang event unlike ever done before. Toast Events partnered with the brand to create an event experience showcasing its collections, as the event extended across a press meet followed by a glamorous launch party with Raza Beig, CEO, Landmark Group and CEO, Splash & ICONIC.

The décor for the event was set amongst an army of mannequins in an alluring arrangement. The entire setup was fabricated and created from scratch. There was a lot of attention to detail to achieve the right finish, colours, materials and shapes, as every collection was drastically different from the others.

Toast created different themed zones for key collections from the brand, namely Basics, DNM, Smart and Youth. Each zone was a reflection of the collection and captured the attitude of what it stands for. The designs were made using an interesting mix of pipes, acrylic, lights and other materials.

The day kicked off with a press meet with the top fashion media and blogger community being invited for a masterclass by actress Aditi Rao Hydari and Raza Beig. Hydari and Beig exchanged views on the latest trends, how Splash has stayed ahead of the game across the world and their plans for India.

Post the press meet the mood kicked into high gear with an electrifying after party. Painting the town ‘Splash’, Toast Events invited the who’s who of Mumbai. The Red carpet was graced by an interesting mix of leading Bollywood and celebrity names such as Emraan Hashmi, Bhumi Pednekar, Shamita Shetty, Sarah Jane Dias, Ira Dubey, Rocky S, Yash Birla, Avanti Birla, etc.

“Achieving the required finish and intricacies were demanding as there were a lot of small elements and detailing that defined each brand collection. Since the event was to host Mr. Beig in India after a long time, it was essential to create a celebratory experience where he could meet, interact and host the who’s who of the Fashion and Entertainment Industry”, said Nischal Reddy, Client Servicing Lead, Toast Events.
