ADE Global Sessions is all geared up make its entry into to the entertainment capital of India – Mumbai from April 7-10, 2016 as India is part of the Amsterdam Dance Event's on-going commitment to connect dance culture worldwide. ADE Global Sessions is being brought to India by Percept Live and will host interactive Q&A's with top DJ's, exclusive industry discussions, a culture program with local artists, networking and strategy sessions and much more.
Speaking on the event, Shailendra Singh, Joint Managing Director, Percept says “ADE is the most respected electronic music conference in the world. The dance music scene in India is thriving. With the success of Sunburn, India is now on the global music tourism map. All festival brands, management and artists have their eye on India, just waiting to tap into the 600 million under the age of 25. Local Indian artists are proving their mettle on international stages. ADE Global Sessions India is a no-brainer.”
Followed by ADE Global sessions in the day the event will also have club festivals in the night which will happen accros 6 different venues on the 8th and 9th of April. The ADE debut in India will see some of the most influential speakers from the industry. Speakers like Shailendra Singh (Inceptor of Sunburn), DJs like Shaan & Nucleya, Peter Martin (Head of Studio V.A.L.I.S, US), Brandon Bakshi (Executive Director, Writer/Publisher Relations, Europe & Asia at BMI, GB), Rahul Kukreja (Director of Live Events & Entertainment, The Livescape Group, MY), Jonathan Christiansen (Hit The Ground Running, US), DJ Pierre (US), Arjun Vagale (DJ & Producer, IN) will be present for interactions.
The Night program on April 7, at Todi Mill Socials will begin with a keynote by Shailendra Singh, Richard Zijlma (General Manager of ADE) and Arjun Vagle (Music producer/Dj). Followed by the party with a live performance by Bougen Villa and Perfect Timing from 7pm onwards. The Day program on 8th and 9th April will take place at Tote on the Turf at Mahalaxmi Race-course from 11.30 am onwards.
These two days will have fun filled, musical and informative events such as Dj cook offs, Meet the Pros, ADE Tribute and a number of speeches and question and answer rounds with music tycoons. They will mainly speak about latest electronic music festival trends and business opportunities in the Asian region. The last day, i.e April 10, will end with a Champagne Brunch.
