The Conference
MaxiMICE sets new benchmarks of innovation in Corporate Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events In its third edition, MaxiMICE will put the spotlight on the most innovative ideas and solutions for MICE programs. The conference will showcase inspiring international case studies by experts that have worked closely with exclusive and path-breaking corporations in the space. An exclusive panel of corporate representives will also participate in interactions that juxtapose the realities of the Indian MICE industry with its aspirational, international counterpart. The registration for the conference is now open. Registration is open for three sub-groups/industry sectors and the entry criteria and entitlements are listed below. With a controlled delegate profile (limited to invited guests alone), the conference will allow for a heightened interaction amongst participants. The registration process will facilitate selection of accurate representation of the most relevant MICE industry stakeholders.
Corporate Representatives
Registration is open for Corporations that have conducted at least one International incentive trip or meeting in the last calendar year. There is no delegate fee applicable in this category. Corporate representatives will be hosted courtesy Tourism New Zealand. Interested representatives are requested to register here. First 50 registered corporations will also get a chance to experience Sailing on a Beneteau 7.5 boat, a 25 foot sailing yacht in the Mumbai Harbour. Click here to know more.
Agencies (MICE, Event, Travel with MICE division, DMCs, PCOs)
Registration is open to representatives from agencies who have conducted at least: One International incentive tour or meeting / One conference in India consisting of over 150 delegates with at least 40% being foreign delegates / Two incentive tours or meetings with an event budget of over USD 50, 000/- Only 30 seats are open to agency representatives. Registration fees is Rs. 5,000 + service tax and includes: - Evening conference - Networking session over cocktails and dinner Interested representatives are requested to register here.
Other Stakeholders (CVBs, Tourism Boards, Representing Firms, PR Agencies, Airlines, Hotels, Convention Centers, etc.)
Registration is open to only to top management. Only 30 seats are open in this category. Registration fees is Rs. 5,000 + service tax and includes: - Evening conference - Networking session over cocktails and dinner Interested representatives are requested to register here.
