Job Description:
The incumbent position is part of Special Task Force being set up to work closely with planning team and senior management with clear mandate to bring in strategic business for long term growth. The BD approach will be directed to HO’s and Marketing Heads. • Identify and develop new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with clients to achieve repeat/ referral business. • Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development. • You are required to build up business by doing strategic planning and conceptualization based on client’s brief and requirement. • You will be responsible for developing new plans, strategies and pitching for new and existing clients. • Conduct Detailed Market Analysis to identify opportunities for concerned organization's services. • Create and manage an effective New Business sales action plan aligned to planned strategy and objective. • Create and manage an effective key account sales action plan aligned to sustaining incremental revenue growth. • To be responsible for the upkeep of all personal revenue tracking systems and provide accurate written and verbal revenue forecasts to management. • Being part of business development your performance will directly be measured by revenues achieved by you. • Being part of business development you will have target oriented work which you have to perform as per the clients’ deadlines. • You will get the support of team of operations, creative’s and planning from our network area. • Depending on requirement you will travel to different locations for client meetings and operations of events/activities. • Traveling will be frequent as part of the given profile • Marketing intelligence report (MIR) on monthly basis would be submitted to the management. • You will get business targets on monthly basis which will be binding to meet out.

To create integrated marketing communication strategies & concepts for various brands, categories. This profile is a mix of strategic planning & bizarre creativity. One needs to have knowledge of Indian Markets, Consumer Behaviour, Brand Communication, marketing concepts & practices, Innovative Marketing Strategies and must have prior experience of cracking some conceptual campaigns. • Ideation based on product profile, category knowledge and consumer insights • Present ideas into desired creative outputs in sync with campaign objectives • Interact and work with content and creative team for the planning for developing • The mastic creative’s and content as part of concept • Write proposals/ presentations to support the business development team • Regularly undertaking market research and gathering insight for planning • Provide guidance, direction and development to all members of the BD team • Oversee projects to completion and ensure that they are in compliance with the specifics • Prepare approach document basis planned campaign for operations team • Participate in terms of formulating execution plan with operations team • Copywriting & Visualisation skills are a must • Well versed with MS Office Excel, Power point, Internet and the Search engines.
