Manage end-to-end execution of client events – including product launches, trade shows, customer / partner meets, seminars, road shows, musical nights, trade shows, sporting events, beauty pageant, and fashion weeks.
Will be responsible for the entire gamut of Event Operations which includes estimate preparation, vendor selection and negotiations, etc .
Manage operations team, ensure tight cost control and efficient execution. Help conceptualize and execute events and client meetings.
Execution of events as per planned calendar. Execution of events around products and off products at market locations.
Track events by competition qualitatively observe on the messages and communication and inform the plan with Channel partners on a regular basis on opportunities for communication to customers / financiers.
Must have Event Management Industry experience of more than five to seven years.
Must have exceptional communication skills.
