Fifth in the series, this year's HR Forum rides on the theme of ‘Writing India's Skill Story', with an objective of bridging the skill gap and capturing an unbiased opinion from the finest minds in the HR industry. Times has previously carried out initiatives like Mindshare Brand Equity Compass, which is along similar lines. Times Ascent is the knowledge partner, and has helped in shaping the agenda of the forum.

After the registrations are complete, the forum will begin with a welcome address by The Times of India Group, which will be followed by a keynote address by
Kabil Sibal, Minister of Human Resource Development; and Kiran Karnik, former president, NASSCOM. After this inaugural session, sessions based on skills will follow, which will include case studies, presentations, diary notes, etc. The forum will end with concluding remarks.

This initiative is targeted at members of the Indian HR industry, and will see an audience comprising about 70 per cent CXOs and above, and 30 per cent mixed designations.An audience of about 120 is expected and about 14-15 members will be engaged in the sessions.

Times are still in the process of finalizing its sponsors and partners. The event will be promoted online, through print ads, on ET Now, and with a post event feature in TOI - Metro.
