Attendees to the event were dignitaries like Sushil Kumar Shinde, Union Minister for Power; Shri DV Sadananda Gowda, Karnataka Chief Minister; Shri Veerappa Moily, Minister for Corporate Affairs; Shri KC Venugopal, Union Minister of State for Power; Shri Arup Roy Choudhury, CMD, NTPC; Shri VP Singh, Director, STPP; and other local Member Legislative Councils and MLAs. Additionally, the media was also present at the event.

Speaking about the event, Rakhi Kankaria, Founder, Rachnoutsav Events, said: "The client informed before rewarding the mandate for the event that the site is a barren land with no connectivity in a 25 km radius. It's a challenging event site to work at. The venue was spread across 41.8 ft. x 13.4 ft. and water proof structures were erected in the location for about 8,000 people. It was our very first association with NTPC and we won the contract through a tender system. It gave us a large platform to showcase and get connected to people at large and help us in building relations."

The branding for the company was done via prints on the site and 300 flag drops around the venue.
