Town hall events were hosted by Sunil Kaushal, Regional Chief Executive, India & South Asia, Standard Chartered, wherein he addressed the employees on the bank's performance and priorities. The theme was created based on the Olympic motto that was unveiled through an audio visual during the town hall meets.
Annual CEO town hall meets are a critical part of banks' internal communication and employee engagement strategy.
