Speaking on the occasion, Rajiv Mehta, MD India and South Asia, PUMA said: "PUMA is very pleased to be associated with the Rajasthan Royals team for the third consecutive year and we have brought our vast wealth of domain knowledge into the creation of this range of footwear. They are technical masterpieces and will be an inseparable accessory for the players, both on and off-field. We wish the Rajasthan Royals a victory worthy of kings."

Following the dictionary meaning of ‘convertible', the shoe has multiple uses. The spikes can be kept on while bowling or batting, and be removed while fielding. In sync with PUMA's sport lifestyle positioning, the shoe also comes in variants for lifestyle and training purposes. The Pulse range of footwear will be available at PUMA stores across the country.
Commenting on the execution, Nilesh Gurav, Head Operation, Cream Events said: "We managed the whole event in the format of a chat show, hosted by Karishma Kotak, for 30 members of the media. The cricketers walked the media through the store and then unveiled the shoes. The team members tried on the shoes and gave their opinions on the design as well as the versatility of the shoes."
This launch event is being replicated on April 2 in Vishakhapatnam for the Deccan Chargers, which will be attended by Cameron White, Shikhar Dhawan, Amit Mishra, Manpreet Dhoni, and a few others from the team.
