The places falling under the East zone are Kolkata, West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar& Jharkhand, and Assam & North East. The winning zone in this quarter was Tezpur (Assam & North East), with the winner being decided according to achievement of their sales target.

The theme for the event was ‘Rhino Rangers', since Kaziranga is the only place in the world that is home to single horn rhinos. Commenting on the event, Sumit Khanna, Director - CS & BD, CRI Events said: "Vodafone is our key client and we always execute this event for them. The beauty of this event is that every quarter, it must take place in the city where the winning zonal manager is based, without fail."

The set up for the event was done keeping in mind the size of the venue and the theme. The entrance was made to look like a jungle, and the guests had to pass through bushes and cross various objects and obstacles to reach the main event area. The stage sported a multilevel backdrop with cut-outs of almost all the animals, which served to create the look and feel of a real jungle.

Since this was a rewards and recognition event, the event was MC led and featured ice-breaker games, the regional awards, the zonal awards and finally, the presenting of the zonal trophy. These were interspersed by a performance by Rockstars and DJ Brahmin. The evening was hosted by Pragya Tiwari.

The event was attended by all the zonal heads and the winning team. Representing senior management was B. P. Singh, Operational Director South and acting Operational Director East. Overall, the evening was attended by around 125 people.
